Reporting illegal content

To notify us of specific illegal content, please use our dedicated notice-and-action form (DSA Art. 16). It captures the details we need to assess and act on a report.

Our status under the DSA

Tovi operates as a hosting service within the meaning of DSA Art. 3(g)(iii): we store information provided by users (ownership, transfer, and sighting records). We do not disseminate that information to the public, so we are not an online platform.

Because Tovi is a hosting service and not an online platform, the additional obligations that the DSA imposes specifically on online platforms (Section 3, Articles 20–28) do not apply to our service.
